Service · Reputation and Reviews

Your Google rating rises on its own — without asking for reviews by hand..

We design an AI system that requests reviews right after the service, filters out the dissatisfied before they post, and responds to every comment in your brand's voice.

Why this service

What we solve exactly.

93% of consumers read reviews before choosing a local business. A 0.5-star difference on Google can mean 20% more or less traffic. But most businesses don't request reviews systematically — they leave it to the occasional customer who remembers.

A reputation management system is not about sending a generic link to everyone. It's an agent that detects the right moment (24 hours post-service, when the experience is fresh), first asks for the internal rating (1-5), and only directs to Google Reviews those who gave 4 or 5 stars. The 1-3 stars go to your team for resolution before becoming a public review.

On top of that, the same agent responds to every review (positive or negative) in your brand's voice. Responses increase engagement 2-3x and Google weighs business activity as a quality signal. All with optional human approval before publishing, if you prefer review.

Typical problems
  • Satisfied customers who never leave a review because nobody asked them
  • Negative public reviews that could have been resolved privately
  • Google rating stuck at 4.1-4.3 while competitors are at 4.8+
  • Team with no time to respond to each review individually
  • Generic review requests with a response rate of <5%
  • Absence of reputation signals on Yelp, Facebook, BBB, TripAdvisor
How it works

What the system includes.

Request at the exact moment

24h after the service — when the experience is fresh — the agent sends a personalized message (not generic). Typical response rate 30-45% vs 5% for a mass SMS.

Rescuing the dissatisfied before they go public

We ask for the internal rating first (1-5). If it's 1-3, it routes to the manager to resolve the issue privately. If it's 4-5, it directs straight to Google with a pre-filled message to speed things up.

Automatic response to every review

Positive ones: a thank-you in your brand's voice. Negative ones: an empathetic response with an offer to resolve offline. All answered in < 24h. You can require human approval before publishing.

Multi-platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor)

Not just Google. We manage your profile across all the platforms relevant to your vertical. Restaurant: OpenTable, Yelp, TripAdvisor. Spa: Google, Yelp, Mindbody. Clinic: Google, Healthgrades, Zocdoc.

Objections

What clients usually ask us before signing.

Isn't it illegal to filter reviews before they're published?+

No. What we do is ask for internal feedback first (a legitimate customer-service step), and only provide the Google link to those who expressed satisfaction. We don't block anyone from leaving a review — the dissatisfied can do so directly on Google if they want. We simply don't push the link on them. It's review gating compliant with Google Guidelines.

What about negative reviews that come in anyway?+

We respond to them with empathy, offer to resolve offline, and, where applicable, invite the customer to update the review after the fix. Each response can be reviewed before publishing if you set supervisor mode. We never delete reviews — we only respond professionally.

Can it respond to reviews without sounding artificial?+

Yes. We train the tone on your current well-answered reviews. Each response mentions specific details about the service or the customer — it's not 'thanks for your review, hope to see you soon' copied 50 times. Customers feel a person on the team is responding.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Does it comply with Google and Yelp policies?+

Yes. We don't buy reviews, we don't fake them, we don't filter them against policy. What we do (asking for an internal rating before directing to Google) is permitted review gating. Google penalizes only when there are direct financial incentives per review or manipulation — neither applies here.

Does it integrate with my Google Business Profile?+

Yes. Via the official Google Business Profile API. We read new reviews, respond on behalf of the business, and track historical rating. Your account stays yours — we only operate with delegated permissions.

Does it work for businesses with multiple locations?+

Yes. We manage reputation by location with a consistent tone but separate metrics. Useful for franchises, clinic chains, or restaurant groups. Each branch has its own request flow and rating.

What happens if someone leaves a fake or malicious review?+

We identify patterns (competitors, ex-employees, bots) and manage the report to Google per their guidelines. The success rate varies (30-50% of genuinely fake reviews are removed), but we always respond first with professionalism so other readers see the business is serious.

How long until I see an impact on the rating?+

The first new reviews come in within 1-2 weeks. A measurable change in average rating in 3-6 months (depends on prior volume — if you have 50 reviews, each new one counts 2%; with 500, it counts 0.2%). New businesses see changes faster.
