In 2023 generative AI changed the rules. Suddenly it was possible to build systems that reasoned, replied and acted on your business. We created Infinity Pro AI to bring that capability to businesses that previously had no access.

Edwin Jimenez.
Edwin didn't start as an AI engineer. He started waiting tables, closing weekend events, answering customer WhatsApps at 11 p.m. and running real operations in New Jersey and New York restaurants for over a decade.
Along the way he learned digital marketing, social media management, multi-channel customer service, reservation and event management, and how to scale a local business with what we'd now call manual operations: spreadsheets, WhatsApp, lots of coffee and the phone.
In 2023, when generative AI became practical, he clearly saw the opportunity. The problems he had solved by hand — replying to the first message in seconds, keeping the calendar without losing appointments, following up with every lead — could now be solved as systems, not as tasks. He created Infinity Pro AI to bring that capability to local businesses that, without him, would still operate like it's 2015.
